Baidoa,(insidesomalia.org)-The provincial commissioner of Bay region in southern Somalia Mr. Abdifath Mohamed Gesey, condemned and termed as illegitimate for some of the district administration members under his authority to abandon their assigned post without genuine supportive answer. 

"Those members who have left their posts are not worthy to be assigned post any more, and I call them irresponsible" said the regional commissioner of Bay region Mr. Gesey

Mr. Gesey also added that in the near future they would establish robust administration unlike the ones which have abandoned their post without informing the headquarters. 

This speech of the provincial commissioner coincides at time when the most of the district commissioners of Bay region have walked away from their post. The headquarters of Bay region Baidoa is the temporary base of the Somali Transitional Federal Government.

Somalia has not had effective central rule since late Mohamed Siyad Bare was toppled from Power in the year 1991
